Candles can also serve another purpose once they’ve been burnt. When the candle has reached the end of its wick, wipe the inside of the glass or porcelain with a paper towel or rag dipped in very hot water to will remove any residual wax. The alluring stem may be used for whatever you like.

Some of our favorites later function as drinking glasses, mini vases, or decorative bowls for jewelry, shells, and other keepsakes.
