WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Brown Sugar Organic Honey Mix equal parts honey and brown sugar in a bowl. For Moroccan flavor, add a little Argan oil. Rub the mixture on your skin in circular motions, focusing on dry areas. The brown sugar gently exfoliates and removes dead skin while the honey has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and extremely moisturizing properties. Rinse off in the shower. SOAK: Now that you’ve exfoliated, have a relaxing soak in the bath. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Organic Milk Organic Honey Essential oil (lavender, sandalwood, and chamomile have calming, soothing effects) Add a dozen drops of essential oil and a tablespoon of honey as warm water runs in the tub. Then add 4 cups of milk. Opt for organic whole milk, coconut milk, or even buttermilk for a more luxurious feel. The lactic acid in the milk helps to slough off dead skin cells. Whichever essential oil you choose to use will have a calming, soothing effect. Channel Cleopatra, a milk bath devotee, by tossing dried rose petals in the tub.
