“In 2012, I traveled to Bagan, Mandalay, Maymyo and Yangon in Myanmar. My journey was scheduled in conjunction with the Harvest full moon. The people of Myanmar live for festivals and feasting. Traditional celebrations, determined by the moon’s phases, punctuate daily life. Every day genuine, smiling Burmese people asked me- Are You Happy?”
